ABOUT:
Thank you for taking an interest into possible renting a home here at The AquA Resort. Besides living next to The AquA Lounge, AquA Resorts mall, Club Frixion and Gay Fun World, you are also a hop skip and a jump from Gay Zone Germany, as well as club Arsenal and Universal. Very Low Lag and fun environment. Also land under these homes are subdivided so you can control streams of music and video, as well as manage ban and access lists.
We hope you have a wonderful stay here with us. You will be treated with respect while enjoying living by the ocean. Rules and rates are listed below, as well as information on how to control your home.

If you like what you see then please pay the rent box, then send an IM to either InsyX Piranha, or Mountainbear Botanical. You may start putting items down, but once added to group.
We will contact you and add you to the land group as quickly as possible and meet you to discuss the rules and go over the house or land.
Please keep outdoor area of your home tidy. You may rez outdoor deck furniture in area right of your entrance way, and before the next house or walkway.
Please keep heavily scripted items to a minimum. Even though the sim is low on lag, we do share it with awesome organization and establishments.
Please refrain from using shout devices and please respect your neighbor(s)
All complaints, questions, and information must be directed to/from InsyX Piranha or MountainBear Botanical. DO NOT play police or go on a vigilante spree. We will take care of you.
